ORDER

The petitioner challenges the tender notification issued by the second respondent inviting bids for the construction of a bus stand. 2.The petitioner contends that the land on which the proposed bus stand is to be constructed belongs to him and that the second respondent has issued the tender notification without any lawful authority. It is further stated that a civil suit filed in respect of the said property was dismissed, against which an appeal has been preferred before this Court. The petitioner also submits that this Court, by order dated 01.06.2026, granted an order of status quo. 3.On the other hand, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submits that the impugned tender notification has since been withdrawn.

4.The said submission is placed on record.

5.In view of the withdrawal of the impugned tender notification, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
