ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.Not known of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.21 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police and this Court, by order dated 08.03.2021, in Crl.OP(MD)No.2142 of 2021, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Having obtained anticipatory bail from this Court, the petitioner has not complied with the conditions stipulated therein and therefore, the respondent police has visited the petitioner's house. Apprehending arrest, the petitioner has approached this Court again.

3. On a specific question posed by this Court, the learned Government Advocate submitted that apart from the case in Crime No.21 of 2021, no other case has been registered or pending as against the petitioner. If the petitioner has not complied with the conditions, as directed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.2142 of 2021, it is open to the respondent police to move an appropriate application for cancellation and not to visit the petitioner's house unnecessarily.
