ORDER

The revision petitioner filed an application for raising the attachment of the petition mentioned property. The property itself had been sold in an auction on 28.02.2018. Therefore, the court below rightly returned the application filed by the revision petitioner herein. The order passed by the court below is sustained. There is no merit in this civil revision petition. However, the revision petitioner is given liberty to take out appropriate proceedings questioning the auction sale said to have been concluded on 28.02.2018.

2.With this liberty, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
