ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif Court, Dindigul District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.354 of 2022.

2. The petitioner has instituted a suit in O.S.No.354 of 2022 for declaration that the temples, namely, Sri Ramar Kovil, Sri Perumal Kovil, Sri Veera Thimma Amman Kovil, Sri Vinayagar Dovil, Vattakkinaru located in S.Nos.231 and 263, Balakrishnapuram Village belonging to the Thalaikattu families of Okkaliga Gowda Community People of B.Kappilapati Village.

3. In the said suit, the respondents herein who are officials from the Revenue Department and the District Collector had filed their written statemnt and are proceeding to put up the road pursuant to an order, dated 23.11.2022 bearing Reference e.f.vz;.8761/2021/m4 of the first respondent herein.

The present Civil Revision Petition stands allowed at the time of admission after dispensing with notice on the respondent as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the respondent by directing the District Munsif Court, Dindigul District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 354 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 9 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
