O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his wife namely Valarmathi by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 19.10.2020 immediately.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner got married to one Valarmathi and it is an inter-caste marriage. Hence, the parents of both parties are giving life threat to the petitioner and his wife. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that based on the complaint, an enquiry has been conducted, in which, both parties have appeared. During enquiry, the matter has been compromised between both the parties. Based on which, the enquiry has been closed on 29.10.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
