ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to survey the petitioner's land bearing survey No.121/10F and 121/9H situated at Inungur Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2016.

2.Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. 4.Needless to say that it is for the respondent to consider and pass orders on the said representation on merits and in accordance with law and therefore, this Court is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of only

with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.12.2016 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
