ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to quash the orders passed in Pro.K. Dis. 1251/2022/A2, dated 10.10.2022 on the file of the Learned Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirumangalam and the Presiding Officer for the Tribunal for the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, and consequently, direct the third respondent to hand over the property to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is came up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the third respondent that the petitioner and the third respondent have decided to settle the dispute between them out of Court and they have also filed a Joint Memo of Compromise, 2/4

dated 06.08.2025.

3. The parties are also present before this Court and the Joint Memo of Compromise is duly signed by the parties and the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the third respondent.

4. Recording the terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise, this Writ Petition is closed. A copy of the Joint Memo of Compromise, dated 06.08.2025 shall form a part of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
