ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the second respondent to consider the representation dated 03.07.2012 and to issue Patta for the land in S.No.391/13 at Ponnamaravathi East Village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukottai District. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that neither civil suit nor rival claim whatsoever is pending in respect of the property in question. The property in Survey https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
No.391/13, situated at Ponnamaravathi East Village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukkottai District originally belonged to his forefathers and by way of internal family arrangements the petitioner has been in possession of the same for thirty years. Hence, the petitioner on 03.07.2012 requesting the second respondent to issue patta in respect of the property sent a representation, which is kept pending without any action. Aggrieved over the inaction on the part of the respondents, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.The Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
5.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.07.2012 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
