3.Vincent : Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to produce the detenue namely, Kethrin aged about 17 years Daughter of Arockiyaraj before this Court from the illegal confinement of the 3rd respondent and handed over the custody of the detenu to the petitioner.

ORDER
This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the detenue, namely, Kethrin, daughter the petitioner herein, before this Court, from the illegal confinement of the 3rd respondent and handed over the custody of the detenu to the petitioner.
2. The detenue was produced before this Court. We personally examined the detenue. She stated that her date of birth is 07.08.2001 and she had a love affair with the third respondent. She went away from the house and joined with the third respondent and she stated that they both got married on 29.06.2019. 3. The petitioner, who is the father of the detenue, was also present before this Court. He stated that he will get his daughter married to the third respondent. He further stated that the third respondent has now been arrested and remanded to judicial custody pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner. Now, the family members have decided to amicably resolve the issue by getting the daughter of the petitioner married to the third respondent. The petitioner further stated that the detenue has come back home and she is now living with them.
4. In view of the above development, we record the statement made by the detenue and her father/petitioner and we make it clear that the petitioner will get his daughter married with the third respondent and the marriage shall also be registered in accordance with law.
