It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the respondent police have already registered the First Information Report in crime number 610 of 2018 for offences under Sections 294(b) and 427 of IPC on 27.08.2018. 4.In view of the same, this petition is closed as infructuous.
