ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.5 of 2018 by the first respondent against the petitioners.

2.A reading of the FIR reveals the fact that the petitioners were responsible for introducing the de facto complainant and also making the de facto complainant to pay a total sum of Rs.52,50,000/- and subsequently the de facto complainant has not repaid the said amount. The reading of the FIR makes out a cognizable of offence. At this stage, this Court cannot go into the truth or otherwise of the statement made in the FIR. 3.This Court does not find any merit in this petition and therefore, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
