RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Modify the conditions imposed in CRL.OP(MD)No. 10998 of 2020 by this Hon`ble Court by its order dated 08.10.2020 in respect of surrendering the blood sureties.
Order : This petition coming on for orders, on this day upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.ANANDKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10998 of 2020, dated 08.10.2020.
2.This Court by an order dated 08.10.2020 granted bail to the petitioners with a condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-each with two blood related sureties each for the likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam,Madurai. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the blood relatives is not having any property in their name, hence they are unable to produce sureties. Therefore he seeks modification.

CRL MP(MD) No.5656 of 2020 3.Taking into consideration the above facts the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-with two blood related sureties is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-with two sureties (out of which one shall be blood related surety) each for the likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, Madurai.
