ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Cr.No.514 of 2021 and file the final report, within the time frame. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that investigation in Cr.No.514 of 2021 has been completed and the final report has also been filed through E.Filing No.TNMD07006286286/2023 on 12.07.2023.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to ensure that the final report is taken on file, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
