No. 1673 of 2021 on the file of the Second Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai by allowing this Revision Petitioner and issue an appropriate order as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 26.09.2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai, in D.No.2924/2023 dated 21.09.2023, seeking further extension of three months time to dispose of the case in O.S.No.1673 of 2021, this Court made the following order:

Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower 1/3

Court".

2. It is seen from the records that this Court, vide order dated 26.09.2022, directed the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1673 of 2021 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. The learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai has submitted a requisition dated 21.09.2023 stating that the case was posted for defendant side evidence and seeks three months further time to dispose of the case.
