For Respondents : Mr.B.Nambiselvan Additional Public Prosecutor for R1 to R3 * * * * * O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the Respondents No. 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to reside in his dwelling house based on the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer in Ni.Mu.A8/1655/2021 dated 25.01.2022. 2.It is the issue between the father and children. Originally the father executed settlement deed in favour of the children. Later they failed to comply the above said conditions. So they approached the District Revenue Officer, Tirunelveli. That was also successful. Later challenging the above said, the children filed W.P.(MD).No.4385 of 2022 and that was ended in failure. Now they making trouble to the possession.

3.Since continuous trouble exists between the parties, let the above said representation made by the petitioner be disposed of by the respondent, by calling the petitioner as well as the counter parties, on its 2/4

own merits, by following proper procedures and Rules setting out in the Act. The above said process be completed by the fourth respondent within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of the parties. 4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
