Mr.V.Sasikumar, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has stated that he has no objection for allowing this application, provided the respondent is permitted to raise all his objections in the main review application.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons filed in support of this application seeking to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the review petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for.
