direction to the respondent herein to investigate the case in Crime No.113 of 2023 registered for offence u/s. 420 IPC and file the charge sheet before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. On perusal of the CD file it is seen that earlier no proper investigation has been undertaken by the Sub Inspector of Police and hence, the said investigation was withdrawn and placed before the Inspector of Police, Thadikombu Police Station.

3. The respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
