ORDER
This writ petition is filed by the wife seeking issuance of a lookout circular against the third respondent / her husband, alleging that there is every possibility of him freeing away from the country without subjecting himself to the criminal prosecution pending against him in Crime No.2 of 2019.
2.However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the case against the third respondent has been taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur in C.C.No.106 of 2020 and trial has commenced and so far, five witnesses have been examined and the matter is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.16167 of 2019 adjourned for examination of Investigation Officer. It is also reported that the third respondent had been regularly attending the Court.
3.In view of the above facts, nothing survives in this writ petition to issue a mandamus as prayed for. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
