Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in G.O.Ms.No.105 Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (AM2) Department dated 23.07.2021 on the file of the respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondents 1 to 3 to permit the petitioner to continue as Chairman of the District Market Committee till the completion of their term.

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly stated that G.O.Ms.No.105, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (AM2) Department dated 23.07.2021 had been challenged in a batch of Writ Petitions in W.P.No.16108 of 2021 before the Principal Bench and by an order dated 03.08.2021, the Writ Petitions had been dismissed.

2. The said order also accrues to the petitioner herein. I am not passing any further orders in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
