2.The Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the first petitioner has failed to comply with the condition imposed by this Court and the second petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 3.Since the first petitioner is not complied with the condition regularly, this Court is not inclined to relax condition imposed against him and this petition is dismissed insofar as the first petitioner is concerned.

CRL MP(MD) No.8435 of 2023 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the second petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court, the condition already imposed on the second petitioner is fully relaxed. 5.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is partly allowed.
