ORDER
The petitioner seeks the expeditious disposal of an appeal filed before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District.
2. The petitioner claims ownership over the property bearing Survey No.653/5B1 in Pazhavoor Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District. When the petitioner decided to alienate a portion of the property, she discovered that a patta had been issued in the names of three third parties. Therefore, she made a representation to the second respondent. The second respondent rejected her claim for a separate Patta by order dated 23.11.2018. An appeal was filed against such order before the first respondent, and the present Writ Petition is filed for the expeditious disposal thereof.
3. Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned counsel for the State, accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents. He submits that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.15200 of 2021 first respondent may be directed to consider and dispose of the appeal within a reasonable time frame.

Accordingly, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent herein is directed to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 27.05.2019 and dispose of the same by a reasoned order in accordance with law. Such reasoned order shall be passed after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, Mr.Sudhandhiramani, Mr.Murugesan and Ms.Mercilin Beulah, being the persons in whose names the Patta was issued, and any other parties to such appeal. Such reasoned order shall be issued within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. WP.(MD).No.15200 of 2021 is disposed of on these terms without any order as to costs.
