This writ petition has been filed, seeking to quash the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6313/A4/2017, dated 28.08.2017 and direct the second respondent to cancel the sale deed in document No.7128/2015 dated 04.12.2015, as per the circular no.67. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 that the Circular 67 dated 03.11.2011 issued by the Registration Department has already been withdrawn.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
