ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who was arrested on 21.06.2022 for the alleged offences under Sections 4(1)(a), 4(1)(i) and 4(1-A) of Tamilnadu Prohibition Act, in Crime No.619 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.Noting that the petitioner is having similar cases, numbering about 4, he was directed to file an undertaking affidavit that he will not indulge in such activities in future.
