2. During the course of submissions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the inquiry which was handled by the fourth respondent was transferred to Central Crime Branch, Madurai. Since the very purpose of filing of these petitions seeking transfer of investigation from the fourth respondent to any competent authority has already been fulfilled, no further orders are required to be passed in these petitions.
