To direct the respondents to keep one post vacant, in the post of Sub-Inspector of Police(Taluk), in the appointment of 20% departmental quota as per the notification, 1 of 2015 dated 08.02.2015, published by Tamil Nadu uniform service Recruitment Board, in the total vacancies of 984, pending disposal of this WP.

ORDER : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.F.X.EUGENE, Advocate for the petitioner in both the cases, the court made the following order:- The impugned order is posted on the ground that the petitioner has produced false certificate claiming that he belongs to Scheduled Caste. Hence, I am not inclined to grant stay or a direction as sought for. If the petitioner succeeds in the writ petition he could get the appropriately.
