[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 10.09.2019, made in W.P.(MD)No.19547 of 2019.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and encroachments have been removed. He has produced a copy of the proceedings of the Block Development Officer, Thuckalai, in Na.Ka.No.m4/135/2021, dated 25.01.2023, along with the photographs to that effect.
