Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent not to interfere in civil dispute and not to harass the petitioners in the guise of petition enquiry.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere in civil dispute and not to harass the petitioners in the guise of petition enquiry
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is a case pending against the first petitioner's husband which pertains to job racketing. The petitioners are wife and sister of the accused persons.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police had enquired the petitioners with regard to the case that has been filed against the husband.

5. The respondent police is directed to issue summons to the petitioners in case they have to be enquired. It is made clear that
the petitioners shall not be harassed in the name of enquiry.
