No. 15711 of 2021 on the file of this Hon`ble Court Dated. 08.10.2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SELVAKUMAR.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioners could not able to arrange the sureties in time, they are unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.15711 of 2021 dated 08.10.2021.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 08.10.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15711 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
