RESPONDENT/REPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioner/1st Accused by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.(MD).No.11502 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BABU RAJENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11502 of 2020, dated 16.10.2020.

2.This Court by an order dated 16.10.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is now residing at her parental home along her child at Madurai and the respondent police is situated at Uthamapalayam and she is unable to travel with her child daily and report before the respondent police,hence he seeks modification.

3. Taking into consideration the above facts the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioner with a condition to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.5648 of 2020 appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.
