Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.4682 of 2022, this Contempt Petition has been filed.
2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by order dated 17.03.2022, in W.P(MD)No.4682 of 2022, directed the second respondent therein, to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 16.04.2021, issue notice to both the parties and dispose of the case, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. But, the respondent police did not comply with the said order. Hence this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and closed.
4. Therefore, the respondent Police is directed to give enquiry report to the petitioner.
