This writ petition has been filed seeking Mandamus forbearing the Respondents 1 to 7 from granting permission to the 8th Respondent to shift his retail outlet of Indian Oil Corporation Petrol Bunk situated at Edamalaipatti Pudur, Trichy city to the agricultural land in S.No. 308/3B2 and 308/3B3A of Irungalur village, Mannachanallur Taluk, Trichy District.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, it is informed that the proposal to relocate the retail outlet has been dropped, which has been communicated to the learned counsel by way of E-mail.
