************ This Contempt Petition was filed mainly on the ground that in spite of the order of interim stay granted in W.M.P(MD)No.7917 of 2021, dated 17.06.2022, the District Collector, Pudukottai, proceeded to issue the proceedings, dated 15.12.2021 and thereby, the land belonging to the petitioner and two others was allotted for "cHth; re;ij ."

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the writ petition which pertains to this contempt petition and the other connected two writ petitions are now posted before the learned Single Judge for final hearing. The learned Additional Government Pleader also brought to the notice of this Court the orders passed by the Division Bench in C.M.P(MD)No.4970 of 2022 in W.A(MD)No.576 of 2022, dated 22.06.2022 wherein the proceedings of the District Collector, Pudukottai, dated 15.12.2021, has been stayed.

3. In view of the same, it is not necessary to keep this contempt petition pending and it will be left open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the main writ petition.
