Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court directing the respondents to settle the petitioner surrender leave salary for 110 days in respect of the years 2011-2012, 2012-2013, 2013-2014, 2014-2015, 2015-2016, 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 together with interest at the rate of 18 percent per annum payable from the date of retirement to till the date of actual payment.
