O R D E R
*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the person or body of the detenu, namely, Priyanga Devi, S/o.Ravichandran, aged about 22 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. We do not find any illegal detention of the detenu. The detenu is stated to have married the fourth respondent herein. We also cannot go into the validity of the said marriage. Suffice it to say that the detenu is a major. The order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 24.08.2018, made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14948 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2018 also indicates that the detenu and the fourth respondent appeared before the second respondent police and submitted their version.
3. In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
