ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking orders to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members on the basis of the complaint made by the fourth respondent and to direct the third respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute.

2.It is seen from the records that the petitioners have moved the Principal Sessions Court, Karur, seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.No.692 of 2019 and the learned Principal Sessions Judge, vide order dated 01.07.2019, by taking note of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor that no complaint is pending with the respondent Police, dismissed the petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that even thereafter, no FIR was registered and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P.(MD).No.9910 of 2019 no petition is pending for enquiry. Moreover, the above petition has been filed in the year 2019 and the petitioner has not shown any basis for the complaints now alleged before this Court. 4.Considering the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
