ORDER

This petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondents to take action, on the basis of the representation dated 24.07.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the nature of the complaint given by this petitioner involves crime under Cyber Investigation Wing. On that ground, the petitioner was directed to give fresh complaint before the concerned Wing. With the aforesaid advise, it came to be closed on 28.08.2021. 3.Let the petitioner give a fresh complaint before the Cyber Crime Police attached to the office of the 1st respondent herein. The learned counsel for the petitioner may also get a copy of the closure report from the office of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
