This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying this Court to call for the records relating to the Order dated 19.03.2020 made in I.A.No. 3 of 2020 in O.S. No. 302 of 2018 on the file of the Learned Subordinate Judge, Padmanabhapuram now transfer and renumbered as O.S. No. 94 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Nagarkoil set aside the same and consequently allow the civil revision petition. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Ramakrishnan, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order: "The present petition has been filed seeking extension of time for complying with the order of this Court dated 14.03.2022 in C.R.P (MD).No.1347 of 2021.

2. This Court by its order dated 22.08.2022 has recorded that the revision petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the respondent in the open Court by way of demand draft. Therefore, this application stands allowed.
