Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 6.
2. The petitioner has given a complaint on 11.01.2023 demanding that departmental action must be taken against the seventh respondent. It 2/5
3 W.P.(MD)NO.13894 OF 2023 is seen from the contents set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition that there is already enmity between the petitioner on the one hand and the family of the seventh respondent on the other.
3. I am not satisfied that this is a case in which positive direction must be given straightaway. Since the concerned authorities are cognizant of the complaint given by the petitioner, it is entirely for them to take a call in the matter.
4. With this observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
