ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in C.C.No.115 of 2010 split up C.C.No.212 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b) and 506 (ii) I.P.C, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.115 of 2010 split up C.C.No.212 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued against the petitioner/ Accused No.3. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the

petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, within a period of two weeks from today and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
