O R D E R

This Writ petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to accept the petitioner's undertaking and direct the respondents to register a case from the eyewash enquiry statements on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 24.06.2017, the Chief Judicial Magistrate forwarded the complaint with his letter to the Superintendant of Police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Having regard to the facts and events stated in the petition, this Court do not find any bonafide in this petition. The complaint lodged by the petitioner is also enquired into and closed by the Inspector of Police, Kottar Police Station, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District.

4.In the said circumstances, the petitioner has approached the respondents to take action on the basis of his complaint, which was closed. Hence the prayer is not sustainable. 5.In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs.
