ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. S. Rajasekar, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/s. M. Ramesh, Govt Advocate for the 1st to 4th Respondents, this Court made the following order:

"This Court has directed the District Revenue Officer to consider the case of the petitioner and pass orders. The District Revenue Officer considered the case and passed orders on 19.09.2023. The petitioner has agreed the same and the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same.

2. Hence, the order, dated 05.06.2023 passed in this writ petition is complied with."
