What is now pending is an application to restore the suit, which was dismissed for default, in I.A.No.3 of 2025. It is posted for enquiry to 12.06.2026.

2.The learned District Munsif at Melur is requested to dispose of the said application within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
