Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 4 herein to grant one set of 3rd incentive increment to the petitioner for acquiring PG Diploma in Yoga by considering his representations dated 27.03.2018, 25.05.2018 and 21.07.2018 and in view of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court, dated 18.09.2014.

O R D E R
The petitioner seeks to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated dated 21.07.2018 within a time frame.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as a Physical Director Grade-II in the fifth respondent School. The petitioner already receiving two sets of incentive increments. But as far as the higher qualification of Yoga is concerned, third incentive increment has not been granted to the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner had given a representation dated 21.07.2018 and said representation has not been considered and hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner dated 21.07.2018 is disposed of, in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.07.2018 in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
