[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner, who is the mother of the detenu has come forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking production of her daughter viz., Saranya before this Court from the illegal custody of the second respondent.

2. The petitioner as well as the detenue are present before this Court today and on our enquiry, the detenu viz., Saranya expressed her willingness to go along with her parents and the petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue also informed that the detenu will be taken care of.
