ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking Police protection.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the private respondents herein are creating trouble to the petitioner and therefore, he has already filed a civil suit in O.S.No.590 of 2011 before the Sub Court, Trichy and he has also filed an interlocutory application in I.A.No.680 of 2011. Therefore, the petitioner seeks Police protection from the respondent Police.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the petitioner sent his representation by post and he has not appeared for the enquiry. The respondent 2/5
Police verified with the private respondents and they are not residing in the address mentioned by the petitioner. Therefore, they are not in a position to proceed further with the petitioner's representation. 4.This Court has considered the submissions made on either side and perused the available materials.
5.Even according to the petitioner, a civil suit is pending before the Sub Court, Trichy. He has to workout his remedy only before the civil Court. He can very well seek Police protection, after getting an order of injunction. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
