ORDER : This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 31.10.2018 and the requisition letter submitted I Additional Sub Judge, Madurai vide D.No.45 dated 05/01/2019, forwarded by the Principal District Judge, Madurai vide D.No.837 dated 23.01.2019 and upon hearing of Mr.T.R.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner this Court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ By Note order dated 05.01.2019, the learned I Additional Sub Judge (FAC), Madurai, has requested further time of four months for

disposal of the case in E.A.No.217 of 2015 in E.A.No.72 of 2010 in E.P.No.318 of 2006 in O.S.No.120 of 1986.

2.Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended further for a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 29.08.2018.
