[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has made a representation dated 19.05.2018 inter alia alleging that the fourth respondent has encroached upon a public pathway in GR.S.F.No.1, at Ward No.9, Thatchanmozhi Village, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sathankulam Town Panchayat, Tuticorin District and on receipt of such representation, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruchendur, by his communication dated 07.03.2018, has directed the second respondent to take appropriate action. Since no action has been taken, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Considering the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of and the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the communication dated 07.03.2018 sent by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruchendur, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
