ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the third respondent to complete the investigation and to conduct a detailed enquiry, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 17.06.2022. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that petitioner lodged complaint, dated 17.06.2022, to the respondent police. But, so far no action has been taken. Hence this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petition enquiry is pending.

4.In view of the above, the third respondent police is directed to consider the complaint, dated 17.06.2022 and take suitable action, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
