For R3 : Mr.M.Jameel Arasu O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner on a complaint given by the respondent No.3. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent No.3 is on account of money transactions, which is being settled and that he has not committed any offence, thereby sought for suitable directions. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the issue between the petitioner and the respondent no.3 is purely civil in nature and the complaint of the respondent No.3 is being enquired into and requested short time. 4.Since the dispute between the parties is monetary in nature on the complaint given by the respondent No.3, the respondent police are directed to 2/4

complete the enquiry as quickly as possible and not to harass the petitioner. Accordingly, this Petition is closed.
