Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MOHIDEEN BASHA N, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in the order in Para No.5(c) in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2804 of 2023, dated 15.02.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition in Para No.5(c) imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail."
